Contacting Us

When you contact us on this website, we collect minimal information which includes your full name, email address and message. We collect this information so that we can deal with and respond to your enquiry. We keep records of our communication with you. Accounting Software

We use a software application called Xero for accounting purposes. When you become a client of Epic Bookkeeping, we will store details contact details, names, addresses and company information in Xero along with details of any financial transactions that occur. File Storage

Any files you share as with us or any that are created as part of the work we do with you will be stored on our business file storage platforms.  We use One Drive for business to store and share files.  You can read more about One Drive security by visiting this link.

Device Protection

Only equipment owned by Epic Bookkeeping has access to the systems used to store files. We use Windows Security to protect these devices.

Accessing Your Information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. In order to do so, please contact us.

Updates to this Privacy Policy

This privacy policy was last updated on 14th January 2020 and will be reviewed annually and no later than 14th January 2020.

Epic Bookkeeping reserves the right to update this privacy policy from time to time. If we have valid and up to date contact details for you, we will send you a notification to let you know a new policy has been published and where you can review it. We advise you to take action on receiving a notification that our privacy policy has been updated and remind you that at all times it is your responsibility to check from time to time for updates to this page.
